A leading healthcare facility in Kansas City, MO is seeking compassionate and experienced Cardiac Care Registered Nurses to join its high-performing cardiovascular team. About the Role

As a Cardiac Care RN, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from:

• Open-heart surgeries

• Heart catheterization & stent placement

• Ablations

• Pacemaker/AICD placements

• Cardiovascular surgeries

You will play a key role in a collaborative team focused on patient safety, quick response to clinical changes, and excellent outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based cardiac nursing care.

• Monitor cardiovascular recovery and respond to patient needs with strong clinical judgment.

• Ensure care aligns with Nursing Practice Acts and ANA Standards of Practice.

• Assist patients and families through education and discharge preparation.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal recovery.
