As a Line Cook, you are an essential part of our culinary team, executing the dishes that bring our dining experience to life. In addition to preparing food for our restaurant, this role also supports the hotel market area, ensuring that freshly prepared items are stocked daily by 6:30 AM and maintained to the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail in both preparation and presentation ensures that guests enjoy a consistent, exceptional experience throughout the day.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to company standards and guest expectations
- Stock and maintain fresh food for the hotel market daily, ensuring proper rotation and disposal of items at the end of each shift
- Complete daily prep for the following day and maintain a clean, organized kitchen at all times
- Execute grill techniques with consistency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members and support smooth kitchen operations
- Assist in prep, inventory, and other duties as assigned by leadership
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine, with demonstrated experience in grill stations
- Reliability, responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-energy kitchen
- Previous line cook experience (Breakfast experience preferred, but not required)
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to consistency
On Your Feet
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. during shifts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment
- Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Physical requirements may be met with or without reasonable accommodations
When You’ll Work
- Early morning shift, typically 5:30 AM to 11:30 AM / noon
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Must-Haves
- Minimum age: 18 years of age or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- A minimum of 1 year professional cooking experience, with demonstrated skill on breakfast and/or grill stations
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
