Treetop ABA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, LBA) to join our Arizona team in an in-clinic role. This position allows you to work directly with children, families, and technicians in a structured, supportive clinic environment designed for collaboration and high-quality care.

Your Role as a BCBA

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and track progress using data-driven strategies
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians in the clinic setting
• Collaborate with families and caregivers on goals and progress
• Complete clinical documentation and planning tasks onsite
• Manage a balanced caseload that includes 3 evening cases (3 PM–8 PM)
• Stay current with ABA best practices and research

Requirements

• Active BCBA and AZ LBA certification (required)
• Strong communication, coaching, and data analysis skills
