Property Management Intern

The internship

What your internship will look like? As a property management intern you will support the Asset Manager in various tasks, mainly related to technical projects, communication to stakeholders and project management of refurbishment projects. You will be part of the Development team, which consist of the Development Director, Development Managers and Asset Manager, responsible for the new to built hotels. This environment is the ideal place to immerse yourself in the world of buildings and their relation to hotel operations.

You will be involved in the daily management of the operating assets and preparation of the onboarding of new assets. Concretely, your tasks will be: planning technical works in the hotels, diagnosing problems, finding opportunities to improve our systems and installations, analyzing financial and sustainability data and presenting outcomes to several teams.
