We’re Expanding!
With our newest addition opening its doors in Dublin 2026, we are looking for a Reservations Coordinator to expand our team. In this role, you'll dive into the world of hotel reservations, mastering the art of managing bookings, engaging with guests across all our locations, and supporting the launch of The July Dublin Capel Street.
We’re looking for a stress-resilient, detail-oriented Reservations Coordinator who thrives working independently and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As a vital link between our front and back office, you’ll assist guests while collaborating closely with both commercial and operational teams.
The job
But this role is about much more than just managing bookings. You’ll gain hands-on experience across various departments from Guest Services to Finance making it a unique opportunity to broaden your hospitality knowledge and grow within the company. In this position, you'll sharpen essential skills like multitasking, time management, communication, and problem-solving. While much of your work happens behind the scenes, you're the first impression for our guests setting the tone for a seamless and welcoming stay, even before they arrive.
