We are seeking a dynamic Content Distribution & Partnerships Manager to help expand and elevate TheSoul’s global content ecosystem. In this role, you will drive strategic partnerships, cultivate relationships across the digital landscape, and unlock new revenue opportunities through innovative content distribution initiatives. The ideal candidate combines industry expertise with sharp analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and a passion for discovering new ways to amplify content reach and monetisation.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with 3rd-party IP owners, creators, and brands to bring into TheSoul's content ecosystem.
• Manage relationships with key platform partners to grow monetisation.
• Build diverse revenue streams from current and new partners.
• Support development of business cases and proposals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in content acquisition and/or distribution for a content owner, broadcaster, or aggregator.
• Understanding of the digital and streaming landscape, including social media, Creator Economy, OTT, FAST, and AVOD platforms, as well as monetisation models and content trends.
• Analytical skills with experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools to support decision-making and business strategy.
• A creative, can-do attitude with a natural ability to solve problems, think laterally, and spot new opportunities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work across teams and functions.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
