Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
• Proficiency in using virtual training tools and platforms
