Experienced Supervisors - Berrinba

We are seeking both full-time, part-time & Casual experienced Supervisors with full availability to join our Berrinba restaurant 

The Job involves:

• Opening and closing the store
• Supervising employees including juniors
• Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results
• Opening and/or closing store
• Training new employees
• Monitoring store performance and meeting KPI's
• Handling customer complaints and concerns
• Running a drive-thru service
• Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use
• Cash handling and register operation
• Cleaning and maintaining the store
