This role supports the creative team by identifying, vetting, and managing content creators aligned with campaign goals. As a UGC Sourcing Specialist, you’ll help ensure we cast the right talent for the right briefs—balancing performance potential, brand fit, and authenticity. You’ll be expected to keep a clean pipeline, maintain great creator relationships, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth production and delivery.

What you’ll do:

Talent Sourcing & Casting

  • Identify and source UGC creators who align with client goals, target audiences, and brief requirements
  • Interpret creative briefs and select talent based on diversity, performance potential, and tone of voice
  • Stay informed on platform trends, content formats, and creator communities (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain a reliable and high-quality network of UGC creators
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with creators regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and feedback
  • Act as a liaison between creators and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and mutual clarity
  • Monitor creator output to ensure expectations are met and address any quality or process gaps proactively

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in creator sourcing, influencer marketing, community management, or casting
  • Solid understanding of UGC trends, creator economies, and platform nuances (TikTok, Instagram, Meta)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented—you manage pipelines, spreadsheets, and data cleanup confidently
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you’re equally comfortable managing creators and updating internal teams
  • Familiarity with workflow tools like Monday.com, or CRM-style platforms
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with a passion for performance-led content and campaign results

Working Hours & Time Zone Overlap

  • Remote role, based in the Philippines
  • Minimum 20 hours/week, scalable to 40 hours/week depending on workload
  • Must maintain at least 5 hours/day overlap with Central European Time (CET/CEST)
