About The Role
Seeking a dedicated Box Office Manager in Gold Coast, Queensland. You'll oversee daily operations, cash handling, and provide top-notch customer service on a rotating roster. Ideal candidates are adaptable, customer-focused, and excel in problem-solving within a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
As Box Office Manager, your role will include:
- General day-to-day Box Office operations including patron calls, box office sales and admin tasks.
- Be available to work on a seven-day rotating roster, working 38 hours a week, including weekend and evening work
- Assist the Client Services Team with administrative duties as required
- Provision of exceptional customer service

Other key considerations for this position
Due to the nature of this role, work is required outside of business hours and on the weekend.
