Frontend Experimentation Developer (m/f/x)

Tipico is looking for a Frontend Experimentation Developer to join our team. Grow with us, introduce us to new ideas and develop products that maximise the thrill of sports for our customers. Your playing field:

• Develop and implement A/B, multivariate, and personalization experiments across web and mobile platforms
• ​​​​​​​Collaborate with designers, analysts, product, and business stakeholders to translate hypotheses into technical solutions
• Ensure experiments are quality-assured, efficient, and compatible across browsers and devices
• Work with analysts and tracking specialists to ensure accurate data capture and reporting for all experiments
• Maintain a library of reusable components, templates, and snippets to improve testing efficiency
• Work with the Experimentation Manager to prioritize experiments and manage delivery timelines
• Stay up-to-date with front-end best practices, testing technologies, and CRO tools
• Contribute to fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting views that make experiment results accessible and actionable for stakeholders
• Present test ideas, progress, and results to cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
