TITLE: RV Service Technician

DIRECT HIRE

📍 LOCATION: West Tawakoni

🕒 SHIFT:
Day Shift | Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekends as needed

💰 PAY: $25–$40/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The RV Technician plays a key role in maintaining and repairing RVs to meet our high standards of quality. The technician will work in a retail service shop department and may also contribute to a new mobile RV service initiative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems
• Perform thorough inspections and reconditioning of pre-owned RVs to prepare them for sale
• Provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the service team to support both in-shop and mobile service operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an RV Technician (required)
• RV Tech Certification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of RV systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliances
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• RV Tech Certification (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Technical training in automotive, mechanical, or RV-specific programs is a plus
• Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered
