DIRECT HIRE
LOCATION: West Tawakoni, TX
SHIFT: Day Shift | Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Weekends as needed
PAY: $25–$40/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The RV Repair Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining and repairing recreational vehicles to ensure they meet our high quality standards. This position operates within our retail service shop and supports a new mobile RV service program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components
• Inspect and recondition pre-owned RVs to prepare them for sale
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with service teams for both in-shop and mobile service operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of RV repair experience (required)
• RV Technician Certification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of RV electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliance systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• RV Technician Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Technical training in automotive, mechanical, or RV-specific programs is a plus
• Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered
