TITLE: Level 2 Data Installers

Location: Haslet, TX 

Employment Type: Contractor (Long-Term)

Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Level 2 Center Installers to join our team in a staging production environment. The role involves installing and labeling equipment, cable dressing in high-density racks, and fiber optics installation, termination, and testing. The ideal candidate will have installation experience in central offices (CO) and/or data centers and be able to work in a team-oriented production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and label equipment in a structured and organized manner.
• Perform cable dressing in high-density racks.
• Install, terminate, and test fiber optics.
• Assemble and build cabinets in a lab environment to be shipped to various sites.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Computer Proficiency (provisioning and integration is a bonus)
• Adapt to shifting schedules as required by client needs.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies regarding attendance and punctuality.
• Undergo a Public Trust background investigation after 30-60 days of employment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in CO (Central Office) and/or Data Center installations preferred.
• Knowledge of fiber optics installation and testing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Must be reliable and punctual, as excessive absences and tardiness will not be tolerated.
