We are looking for talented support engineers to help us scale and innovate.

What you’ll do

• Provide Expert Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows servers, desktops, and applications.

• Maintain Systems: Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of internal systems through regular maintenance and updates.

• Implement Solutions: Set up and manage networks, perform data backups, and ensure compliance with security protocols.

• Proactive Monitoring: Identify potential issues before they arise and implement preventative measures.

What you need to have

• 1 or more years of experience as a Windows IT Support Specialist or similar role

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, servers, and applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and team members

• Basic networking knowledge

Nice to have

• Experience with Mac ecosystem

• Microsoft or Network certifications
