Reporting to the Human Resources manager, the incumbent acts as a business partner to designated areas and provides guidance and support to managers and employees in human resources management
Responsibilities
- Acts as a resource to managers and employees on the application of human resources policies, programs and procedures and ensures their adherence to them
- Supports managers by helping them create and monitor action plans to improve employee performance
- Manages and support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
- Acts as an ambassador for change management and supports managers in their efforts
- Acts as a resource for managers and employees in the application and enforcement of HR policies, programs, and procedures
- Leads compensation and job evaluation processes in designated sectors
- Participates in the recruitment of its sectors
- Participates in the resolution of human resources conflicts or issues affecting the entire sector he supports
- Builds relationships and credibility with all levels of management
