Job Overview
- Ensuring all equipment accessibility, maintainability replacement requirements are still achievable after installation. (civil, structure and architect RE team are responsible to coordinate with other discipline RE & Design Teams where required to ensure this is achieved)
- Conduct daily site walks to review general quality of works
- Commercial and DC design, MEP, Fit out exposure
- Design/ review of Roads and Road Layering, Carriageways, paving and landscape works (Hardscape & Soft scape)
- Able to review/ coordinate all drawings including structural, MEP, DPR, drawings,
- Aware of fire norms and local statutory requirement
- All Reporting including QA/QC, progress, verbal and written reporting
