Job Overview
- Lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handover
- Manage coordination between design consultants, contractors, client stakeholders, and operators.
- Ensure project milestones and quality benchmarks are met in line with client vision and operational objectives.
- Manage contract administration, programme scheduling, change management, cost plans, cost control and projections.
- Identify and report risks and early warnings; and implement mitigation strategies.
- Report regularly to the Project Director and Client on project progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Ensure stakeholder engagement, including local authorities and community representatives.
