As part of the Commercial Office team and reporting to the Operations Manager you are a fully motivated individual who understands the commercial & logistics processes in the construction industry and manage the efficient execution of all related activities. In close cooperation with the Sales and Technical Department you will support our clients with sale of products and services and follow up our clients need during the project duration, and you will manage e-commerce activities.
Main Tasks
Commercial Office
- Ensure accurate invoicing and resolving of credit requests arising during the project period.
- Ensure client’s enquires are managed in a timely manner.
- Check material list availability & timely communication to logistics department.
- Ensure client satisfaction by professionally coordinating all deliveries/returns.
- Ensure accurate and correct handling of orders in the in-house order processing system.
- Adhere to reporting deadlines.
- Create and file all related correspondences and reports.
- Support month-end closing.
Logistics
- Ensure efficient execution of imports (including monitoring and local clearance).
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transports with yard operations.
- Create relevant documentation (pro-forma invoices, packing lists, CoO) for exports.
- Organize and monitor reconditioning activities of Doka material.
- Support the annual stock taking.
- Archive all import, export and purchasing documents.
- Execute administrational logistics tasks as and when required.
