Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CMDB / IT Asset Management Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in CMDB and asset management, with strong proficiency in data handling, reconciliation, and reporting using VB / Excel Macros.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain CI classes, relationships, and service mapping in the CMDB.
• Perform data reconciliation, validation, and health checks in CMDB (rules, logs, reports).
• Handle Discovery, Manual Entry, and Import sets accurately.
• Collaborate with application teams and stakeholders to ensure CMDB accuracy and reduce gaps.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in CMDB and IT Asset Management.
• Proficiency in VB / Excel Macros for reporting and data management.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of CMDB processes.
