Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years focused on hiring in the Australia market.
  • Strong understanding of Australian job roles, industries, and hiring expectations.
  • Excellent sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed AU, and other sourcing channels.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) suitable for client and candidate interactions in Australia.
  • Ability to independently manage the recruitment cycle with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working fully remote and available during Australian business hours.
  • Experience hiring for IT roles is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Australia-based roles, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and clients based in Australia to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and recruitment tools.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess cultural, technical, and functional fit.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates to clients/stakeholders.
  • Familiar with Australian recruitment norms, salary structures, compliance, and notice periods.
  • Handle offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding coordination for Australia hires.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience and build long-term talent pools.
