- Comfortable working fully remote and available during Australian business hours.
- Experience hiring for IT roles is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Australia-based roles, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients based in Australia to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and recruitment tools.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess cultural, technical, and functional fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates to clients/stakeholders.
- Familiar with Australian recruitment norms, salary structures, compliance, and notice periods.
- Handle offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding coordination for Australia hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and build long-term talent pools.
