• Demand planning: Identify and analyze trends within the business activity, then generate
demand requests for new products and/or services.
• Plan and prioritize the execution of demand requests, efforts & estimates, and budget
approvals based on strategic objectives and capacity planning. Align demand management with
the organization’s mission while ensuring that the necessary resources and technology are in
place to satisfy the demand at the same time.
• Implement new methods of demand management & lead communication and sharing sessions
with multiple teams to gather feedback and share relevant information.
• Review demand management operations to identify areas for process improvement.
• Lead & facilitate scrum ceremonies – Daily scrum, Sprint planning, Review & Retrospective as
required.
• Manage team tasks, progress & status: Work as the administrator of the scrum board. Ensure
that tasks are up to date and the scrum tools like Jira software are working well. Work on
eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow
improvements.
• Reporting & Metrics: Manage & track various team related reports, progress & status for
internal & external stakeholders.
• Assist teams in making effective enhancements to the product. Helping the team make progress
on the project by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any
obstacles to the team members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
