Position

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) who is ready to take on a dual role that combines strategic HR partnership within the domain of Compensation & Benefits (C&B). This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to both people strategy and the development of a global C&B framework. 

As an HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on a wide range of HR topics. In addition, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our global C&B strategy, ensuring it aligns with UNS's business goals and supports our international team. 

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable in the HRBP space and is looking to expand their expertise in C&B, with the support of a collaborative and professional HR team.
