Position Overview

As a BIM Specialist at UNS, you will independently develop and optimize high-quality 3D models, ensuring constructability, accuracy, and consistency across all project phases. You will actively participate in model coordination processes, contribute to clash resolution, and collaborate with the BIM Coordinator to align modeling solutions with project goals. Additionally, you will provide feedback on technical models and support BIM coordination through your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Model Development: Independently create and optimize detailed and complex 3D models, ensuring constructability and accuracy throughout project phases.

• Model Coordination: Participate in model coordination processes, contributing to clash detection and resolution.

• Alignment with Project Goals: Collaborate with the BIM Coordinator to ensure modeling solutions align with project objectives and standards.

• Technical Feedback: Provide feedback on technical models to enhance quality and consistency.

• BIM Expertise: Support project teams and external consultants by sharing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plans.
