As part of our digital transformation, we are seeking a hands-on Digital Business Analyst to join the Technology & Innovation Department. Role Overview:
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will capture and document requirements, design workflows and processes, and manage project activities to ensure successful delivery. While the role is primarily focused on business analysis (requirements, documentation, process mapping, SOPs, compliance), it also involves planning, governance, and delivery management for technology initiatives. You will work closely with executives, department heads, internal IT staff and external vendors, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and smooth execution of projects ranging from small automations to larger digital transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Elicitation & Analysis – Engage stakeholders to capture business needs, document functional and non-functional requirements, and map current vs. future processes.
Process Documentation & Compliance – Define and maintain SOPs, flow diagrams, and document repositories in line with ISO 27001, NIS2, and internal quality standards.
Project Planning & Governance – Define scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs; establish project governance structures and secure stakeholder approvals.
Delivery Management – Lead initiatives using Agile, Kanban or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate; maintain transparent boards and progress reports.
Stakeholder Communication – Facilitate workshops, steering committees and user demos; provide clear and concise progress updates to executives and teams.
Risk & Issue Management – Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks; escalate critical issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
Quality Assurance & UAT – Define test strategies, oversee User Acceptance Testing, and verify solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement – Apply techniques to optimize workflows, eliminate waste, and deliver measurable efficiency gains.
Change Management & Training – Develop rollout plans, training materials and adoption support to embed new systems and processes.
Post-Implementation Review – Measure project outcomes against KPIs, capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
