As an Account Executive at Vention you play a pivotal role in helping businesses seize the incredible opportunities around industrial automation and business transformation. Our solutions help our customers address the realities of labor shortages, reshoring, or upskilling their employees. Vention’s solutions support our customers in overcoming these challenges and more. Our Account Executives are supported by Integration Coaches, Application Engineers, and Sales Leadership. We win as one, together as a team.
Responsibilities:
- Work both inbound and outbound leads to target client accounts including opportunities discovery, pipeline building and quota achievement;
- Focusing on acquiring new first time customers that can be developed to become long term customers of Ventions
- Develop existing business opportunities and prospect for new opportunities with new & existing clients;
- Build skills as you become an expert in discovery calls, sales process, qualification methodology, product demonstrations, negotiations and closing;
- Work through a qualified pipeline; including forecasting, nurturing and delivering results consistently;
- Lead the sales process with prospective customers from initial discovery to close and beyond
- Work and communicate closely with Application Engineers to manage the development of projects using our 3D MachineBuilder design tool and MachineLogic simulation tool;
- Collaborate with leadership to develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
