About the role:

The Technical Analyst, Supply Operations, APAC is responsible for providing technical support for Vistar’s marketplace offering across APAC and will be based in Sydney. This is a role that requires strong organisational skills to ensure Vistar’s partners get the most out of Vistar’s products and services. The technical analyst provides a great customer support experience while also sharing product feedback and reporting issues to internal teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Become an expert in Vistar’s products and services

  • Act as first line of support for debugging issues and provide technical support to clients and internal team members

  • Own all platform support enquiries that come through via Zendesk and keep within agreed SLAs in response times and escalate to engineering as required

  • Support enquiries include, but not limited to:

    • Platform questions

    • Troubleshooting issues from media owners, DSPs and campaigns

    • Ad hoc enquiries

  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and documentation

  • Communicate client feedback, product usage, and software issues to relevant teams such as Product and Engineering

What experience we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of technical support experience

  • Basic understanding of web technologies

  • Experience supporting software products

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

  • Programmatic advertising operations experience is a plus
