About this opportunity:

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Campaign Manager to build, execute, and measure demand generation programs that drive pipeline, engagement, and brand awareness. This role will focus on key marketing programs including email marketing, webinars, and campaign execution, while supporting cross-team collaboration. The position reports to the Director of Demand Generation.

What you’ll do:

Campaign Execution

  • Launch and manage multichannel marketing and ABM campaigns across email, social, web, and paid.

  • Coordinate with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to bring campaigns to life.

  • Track and report on campaign performance with clear metrics and insights.

Email Marketing

  • Build, schedule, and optimize outbound email campaigns, including nurture programs, newsletters, and promotions.

  • Maintain and manage the email/communications calendar, ensuring cadence and consistency.

  • Design segmentation strategies and personalize messaging to maximize relevance and conversion.

  • Test subject lines, templates, and CTAs to improve engagement.

  • Keep campaigns compliant with email best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Webinar Program

  • Organize and run webinars from planning through follow-up (topics, speaker prep, scheduling, promotions, registration, and reporting).

  • Support Wallarm’s presence in third-party webinars and virtual events, coordinating logistics and follow-up.

  • Promote webinars via email, social, and other channels.

  • Track attendance and engagement, and share results with the team.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Provide regular performance reports (email metrics, webinar results, campaign KPIs).

  • Suggest small improvements based on data and feedback.

  • Maintain documentation of campaign workflows and learnings.
