We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and optimize partner performance in offline retail channels. The ideal candidate will combine strategic sales planning with hands-on operational execution, ensuring excellent partner experiences and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies for offline retail channels to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships with key customers, retailers, and strategic accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen key account relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to guide pricing, product placement, and promotional strategies.
2. Partner Training & Enablement
- Train partner teams and retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational processes for consistent brand representation.
- Provide guidance and SOPs for managing complex situations such as warranty claims, repairs, or customer escalations.
3. Warranty & After-Sales Support
- Oversee warranty claims, including in-store repairs and replacement logistics.
- Develop training modules and operational guidelines for partners to handle service issues effectively, reducing resolution time and operational load.
- Monitor after-sales metrics, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
4. Operations & Commercial Enablement
- Manage product listings and catalog optimization for retail partners, ensuring accurate SKUs, pricing, and brand compliance.
- Handle financial operations such as invoicing, payment reconciliation, and commercial reporting.
- Lead seasonal planning, coordinating new product launches, advance orders, inventory allocation, and sales projections.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize stock levels, improve partner readiness, and maximize profitability.
5. Strategic Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements and SOPs for sales, partner training, and operational workflows.
- Deliver analytics and performance reporting to leadership to enable informed decision-making and strategic planning.
