- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for co-working and shared office space sales across the Bangalore market.
- Build strong partnerships with startup hubs, exhibition centers, incubators, and networking communities to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct site visits, showcase workspace offerings, and customize solutions based on client needs.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Develop and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize agreements aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the flexible workspace industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and networking meetups to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.
