We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and hands-on execution skills, along with experience in CRM/ERP tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation & Sales:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for both existing and new markets, ensuring consistent business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and client engagement.
- Partnership Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and negotiate partnership opportunities that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement joint initiatives and campaigns with partners.
- Monitor partnership performance, providing insights to optimize collaborations and maximize value.
- CRM & ERP Management:
- Utilize CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other ERP/CRM platforms to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Generate reports and dashboards to analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and business growth metrics.
- Ensure data integrity within CRM/ERP systems and leverage these tools for strategic decision-making.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client requirements.
- Gather feedback and insights from clients to improve offerings and drive business value.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and partnership progress.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in revenue generation, sales, and business development (1–3 years).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales, partnership development, or revenue-driven roles is highly desirable.
