This role involves overseeing architectural decisions, optimizing UI performance, and enabling a cohesive design system that supports a rapidly evolving cybersecurity platform. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of React/UI engineers.
- Drive UI architecture, coding standards, and best development practices.
- Review code and ensure high-quality, stable, and maintainable output.
- Develop front-end features using React.js and TypeScript.
- Build reusable UI components, design systems, and scalable layouts.
- Work with product and UX teams to convert requirements into smooth user workflows.
- Optimize UI performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Ensure compatibility across browsers and maintain clean UI interactions.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and data flows.
- Communicate progress, technical decisions, and challenges clearly across teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 7+ years of front-end engineering experience with strong React.js and TypeScript skills.
- 2+ years leading or managing front-end or UI teams.
- Solid understanding of modern UI architecture, design patterns, and component-driven development.
- Experience with state management tools like Redux, Recoil, or similar.
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
- Strong ability to build and optimize data-heavy dashboards or enterprise UIs.
- Experience with performance tuning and accessibility standards.
- Bonus for experience in cybersecurity, SIEM systems, data visualization, or micro-frontends.
- Good communication, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, product-focused engineering environment.
