Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies, guidelines, and processes to ensure a smooth and efficient ERP rollout.
2. Lead and manage ERP projects of varying sizes, handling complete end-to-end implementation cycles.
3. Build clear, structured project plans outlining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
4. Oversee scope management, risk assessment, budgeting, and overall project governance to ensure successful and timely execution.
5. Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and project presentations for stakeholders.
6. Create test plans, run test scenarios, validate datasets, and maintain detailed documentation of testing outcomes.
7. Demonstrate strong project management capabilities, including effective coordination and communication across teams.
8. Ensure the ERP system is tailored and configured to meet specific business workflows and operational requirements.
9. Maintain detailed project schedules and progress trackers to ensure alignment with established timelines.
10. Manage database creation, data collection, analysis, and the development of reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
11. Apply hands-on expertise in Acumatica ERP for configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
