We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Associate to drive partner acquisition and revenue growth through strong on-ground field execution. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, and enjoys building relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, retailers, and OEMs. This is a high-ownership, field-driven role suited for individuals who love market exploration, meeting people, and working towards aggressive targets.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Mapping & Channel Development
• Identify and evaluate key B2B channels within the assigned territory — including designers, contractors, retailers, boutique studios, and small OEMs.
• Conduct local market research to understand demand trends and category preferences.
2. Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management
• Visit potential B2B partners daily to introduce the product portfolio.
• Conduct demos, share samples, and onboard partners onto the platform or sales ecosystem.
• Build solid long-term relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for all partner needs.
3. Lead Generation & Sales Closure
• Generate qualified leads and opportunities within the partner network.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → follow-up → negotiation → closing deals.
• Achieve weekly and monthly revenue and acquisition targets.
4. Field Operations & Reporting
• Execute daily field visits across the assigned territory.
• Maintain detailed CRM updates including visits, calls, enquiries, conversions, and pipeline movement.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as store, procurement, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
5. Market Insights & Competition Tracking
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and upcoming project opportunities.
• Provide on-ground insights and recommendations to the leadership for better strategy and execution.
Requirements
• 0–5 years of work experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales (freshers with strong interest are welcome).
• Comfortable with extensive field travel and client visits.
• Excellent communication skills; Kannada-speaking preferred.
• High ownership mindset with strong drive for targets and outcomes.
• Previous exposure to interiors, building materials, FMCG, or channel sales is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain strong process discipline.
