Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the MENA region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in municipal, industrial, and commercial wastewater treatment sectors.9
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including government bodies(municipalities) , EPC contractors, and industrial plants.
Conduct market research to understand regional trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to potential clients.
Customer & Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Provide technical support and product recommendations based on client requirements. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to maximize profitability.
Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and export/import laws.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 10–12 years in sales of water/wastewater treatment chemicals, with a proven track record in the MENA region.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Polyacrylamide, coagulants, flocculants and other wastewater treatment chemicals.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently (up to 50%).
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory, Arabic is a strong advantage.
