Senior Sourcing Procurement

Sr. Associate (Sourcing Manager) The person needs to be able to: Build trusting and meaningful relationships with multiple stakeholders, often at Director or Senior Director level Perform deep market analytics and research using available WNS tools Develop and implement sourcing strategies for individual projects Drive sourcing execution and stakeholders' alignment on the journey Develop negotiation strategies and lead contract negotiations with suppliers and internal partners, negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts (the average project budget is 200k - 5m eur) Lead and support the client's legal team in contract authoring and negotiation, including knowledge of standard contract structures and critical terms Manage time, able to actively lead several projects at any time and self-prioritize daily work Demonstrate high resilience and ability to navigate in frequently changing environment with no leadership on the client's side Measure value, report performance, engage Legal support and implement sourcing initiatives using a suite of advanced sourcing.
