As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process from start to finish, engaging with candidates and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract top talent using innovative sourcing strategies and tools.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Partner with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and culture.
• Maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process with both candidates and clients.
• Manage and update candidate pipelines efficiently.

This position offers you flexibility in your work arrangements, allowing you to work remotely while managing your own schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance capacity.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
