βœ… Update and maintain property listings on MLS and other platforms

βœ… Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat

βœ… Research market trends and enter property data

βœ… Coordinate property showings and meetings

βœ… Prepare real estate documents (contracts, agreements, etc.)

βœ… Maintain databases of leads and property details

βœ… Assist with social media content and engagement

βœ… Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

π—₯π—²π—Ύπ˜‚π—Άπ—Ώπ—²π—Ίπ—²π—»π˜π˜€:

βœ”οΈ Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in real estate (preferred)

βœ”οΈ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

βœ”οΈ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

βœ”οΈ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and real estate tools (MLS, Zillow, CRMs)

βœ”οΈ Detail-oriented and able to work independently

βœ”οΈ Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
