- Day-to-day user support;
- End user equipment support;
- Basic server and network equipment support;
- Inventory management;
- Monitoring queue and routing tickets;
- Documentation within Jira, Lark is good to have, escalation procedures, and contact details;
- Coordinate with vendors and internal resources to ensure operational excellence;
- Monitoring applications and services;
- Perform day-to-day operational tasks to maintain healthy system function;
- Review and analyse information systems to improve quality and stability;
- Microsoft and other software license management;
- Incident, Problem, and Change management;
- Takeover support of new systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT as an end user support specialist;
- End user equipment support;
- Knowledge of desktop operating systems;
- Ability to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues;
- Knowledge of SQL, XML, PowerShell;
- Knowledge of server and network infrastructure;
- Understanding of the API principle;
- Understanding of the architecture of the multi-tier systems
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, etc, support is beneficial
- Documentation skills;
- Communication skills;
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin, Cantonese language skills are good to have
