We’re on a mission to make work more human — and we need a Growth Marketer who knows how to make data do the same. You’ll own our paid channels, test bold ideas, and use insight to connect our Human Success platform with thousands of organisations worldwide.
What you’ll do
Own and scale paid campaigns across search and social; collaborate across email and web to lift overall performance.
Build clear measurement plans: define KPIs (e.g., Leads, MQLs, SQOs, CAC, ROAS, CPL), tracking, and reporting cadence.
Turn complex data into clear recommendations for the team and for any external partners.
Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests; adjust in real time to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
Keep tracking, attribution, and dashboards tidy so every dollar can be trusted and re‑allocated quickly.
You’ll partner with internal teams and our agency partners while we bring more channel execution in‑house.
Success in 6–12 months
Consistently deliver paid-sourced Leads, MQLs, and SQOs at target CAC and ROAS
Establish an experimentation rhythm (≥2 tests/week) with documented learning and win rate.
Improve MQL-to-SQO conversion by tightening offers and landing pages (baseline + measurable lift).
What you’ll bring
Hands‑on ownership of paid media for B2B (SaaS or complex sales), incl. end‑to‑end KPI accountability.
Fluent with numbers: you can walk through campaign results, show the metrics, and explain what changed and why.
Experience with GA4, ad platforms (Google/Microsoft/LinkedIn/Meta), and a CRM/automation tool.
Calm, clear communicator who can turn analysis into action and keep fast‑moving work organised.
This role is for someone who thrives in SaaS growth environments and is obsessive about numbers. If you prefer creative exploration without tying it to funnel metrics, this won’t be the right fit.
