GTM AI & Systems Analyst

As the GTM AI & Systems Analyst you will work cross-functionally to understand the existing GTM processes, in order to help identify opportunities for improvement. By taking a multifaceted approach, you will help design and implement new and scalable approaches to how we do business in order to future-proof our GTM tech stack. By utilizing both standard automation tools as well as AI-driven and creative solutions, this role will have a tremendous impact throughout the organization. This role will also work to create both technical and end user documentation in order to drive enablement across the relevant teams.
What You’ll Do:
Generate deep understanding of existing GTM processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, continuously evaluating what the "best tool for the job" is
Design, implement, and maintain standard automations across CRM- and connected system to reduce manual work while ensuring data integrity and reliability
Explore, prototype, and operationalize AI-driven applications (e.g., Copilot Studio solutions, conversation intelligence, data enrichment, automated outreach) that can scale commercial impact
Define, implement and track success metrics for automation
Serve as a bridge between GTM Operations, the Business Applications and Data teams, ensuring commercial needs are translated into scalable and secure system deployments
Document processes from a technical and end-user perspective
Drive enablement across teams to ensure adoption of the built solutions
Continuously monitor automation performance and optimize for scalability, ensuring 24/7 uptime
Support day-to-day troubleshooting, process documentation, and enablement, ensuring adoption and stable operation
Build the foundation for a future-proof GTM tech stack that enables scale, accuracy, and efficiency as we grow
What You’ll Bring:
1-3 years of experience (full time or from relevant internships)
Knowledge of Microsoft Tech Stack is a plus (Dynamics365, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, PowerBI, etc.)
Knowledge of CRM system is a plus (Dynamics365 Sales, Salesforce, HubSpot)
Flexibility on working hours due to US collaboration requirement (mainly east-, and on rare occasions west-coast)
Ability to break down complex processes for themselves and others
