Product Marketing Specialist (parental leave cover)

Why this role?
Two of our teammates are heading off on parental leave for about a year, and we’re looking for two talented people to help keep things running smoothly while they are away. You’ll help thousands of people get the right product updates at the right time. In this role, you’ll be part of the team behind clear, timely communications for Zensai’s Human Success Platform, built into Microsoft 365, so customers, partners, and go-to-market teams always know what’s shipping and why it matters.
What you’ll do
Plan and deliver product-update communications across email, in-product, and help center—simple, accurate, on time.
Coordinate quarterly customer events highlighting the latest releases (agenda, speakers, invites, followups).
Create and maintain enablement toolkits (slides, one-pagers, battle-cards) so partners can confidently position new features.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align positioning and timelines from discovery → release → adoption.
Support initiatives to scale the partner channel with repeatable content and assets.
Track and report comms performance (open rates, activation, content usage) and turn insights into improvements.
What success looks like
100% of product releases have a customer-ready comms plan and assets live within agreed SLAs.
Quarterly release event shipped on time with target attendance and satisfaction (e.g., 4.5/5 post-event rating).
Partner toolkit adoption: ≥75% of active partners use the latest assets within 30 days of release.
Internal readiness: CS/Sales stakeholders report they feel “well prepared” for updates (≥85% in pulse checks).
What you’ll bring
Experience with product marketing, partner marketing, customer marketing, customer success, or technical communications (or equivalent project experience).
Strong plain-language writing and editing; you turn feature notes into clear, human updates.
Confident collaborating across functions and time zones; you keep moving with many inputs.
Comfortable with Microsoft 365/Teams and common marketing tools (email, CMS, webinar platforms).
Fluent English. Danish or German is a plus, not required.

We’re a global, remote‑friendly team (Europe & North America. For legal reasons your address must be Danish). You’ll report to a Senior Product Marketing Manager and work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success. We value transparency, ownership, and learning by doing.
