1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Resume Creation Without Sign-Up: If you create a resume without registering for an account, we do not collect or store any personally identifiable information. Only anonymized data, such as download counts and IP address regions, is collected for internal analytics.
- Resume Creation with Sign-Up: When you create an account, we collect and store the personal information you provide (e.g., name, email address, and resume data) on third-party servers, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS). While we implement commercially reasonable security protocols, we disclaim all liability for data breaches, loss, or misuse caused by third-party providers such as AWS.
- Resume Uploads: When uploading a resume for parsing, your data is processed by third-party tools like Google AI Studio. We are not responsible for the accuracy, security, or reliability of third-party services. By uploading your resume, you accept the risks associated with third-party processing.
- Publish Resume Feature: By default, your phone number, email address, and mailing address are hidden when you use the Publish Resume feature. You may choose to make them visible. Any published resume will be accessible to anyone with the generated link, and you are fully responsible for managing what information you display. You can delete your published resume or change its name at any time. Published resumes are also deleted when you delete your account, but if technical issues arise, you may contact us to manually remove them.
