• You retain ownership of your content but grant CVResumeNest a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it.
• You must ensure that your content complies with all laws and does not infringe others' rights.

Publishing a resume means it becomes publicly visible. You accept all risks associated with making your content available on the internet. CVResumeNest is not liable for third-party access, use, or redistribution.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• No offensive, pornographic, or illegal content.
• No impersonation or misrepresentation.
• No malicious activities (e.g., spamming, phishing, exploiting).
• No reverse engineering or disrupting platform services.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content (excluding user-generated resumes) belongs to CVResumeNest and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.1 Copyright Infringement and DMCA Notice

If you believe your intellectual property rights are being violated, please send a detailed notice to [email protected]. We will promptly investigate and remove infringing content where appropriate.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

CVResumeNest is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the platform, including content loss or reputational harm.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for violations of these terms or harmful behavior.

10.1 Account Deletion Consequences

Once an account is deleted, all associated resumes and data are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Ensure you download any important documents before deletion.
