We're looking for a Launch Coordinator to join the team in Tallinn, Estonia.
Your main responsibilities are:
End-to-end project management for high-priority robot deployments.
Oversee shipping for new units and maintain active fleet counts.
Handle client communication to support the Launch Manager.
Own the project board, tracking all tasks, deadlines, and team dependencies.
Drive connectivity and networking workstreams between technical teams.
Track launches in real-time to catch and fix bugs early.

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:
Previous experience as a project specialist or manager.
Stakeholder Management: proven ability to manage high-level clients and expectations.
High-level verbal and written communication skills in English.
Legal eligibility to work in Estonia.
Comfortable with technical solutions and a drive to learn the world of robotics.
Ability to stay calm and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using project tracking tools (like JIRA) to manage timelines.
