Description

We are hiring a Senior Creative to work within our in-house studio team. As a Senior Creative you will join an established team of creatives and content creators and be working alongside a team of highly experienced producers, photographers, art directors, stylists and marketing professionals.

We are the only UK retailer with the ability to create and produce content for global mega- brands in-house.

Based out of our purpose-built content creation studio is at The Sharp Project, 

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Studio teams to bring bold, culturally relevant ideas to life - ensuring everything we put in front of our customer feels authentic, elevated, and unmistakably Footasylum. This is an exciting opportunity for an established or entry level Senior Creative reporting and supporting the Creative Lead.

The Team

The Studio Team sits within the wider Marketing Department and operates out of The Sharp Project in Manchester. While our physical home is in the studio, we’re in constant collaboration with Head Office and the rest of the business. We work across Footasylum’s Own Brands as well as iconic sportswear and streetwear names.

From daily eComm shoots to full-blown campaigns and in-store activations, our team thrives on creativity, teamwork, and shared passion for the culture we represent. About You

We are looking for someone who embodies the Footasylum values - Collaboration, Communication & Challenge. You will be an expert in UK culture and a brand fanatic.

You'll obsess the details of concept ideation and bringing ideas to life

You enjoy supporting and developing new talent through mentoring

Along with;

·       Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Acrobat.

·       Proven experience in concept generation

·       Excellent time management and resillience in a fast paced environment

·       Strong communication skills.

·       Understand the value of giving and recieiving feedback

·       Genuine passion for streetwear and youth culture

Responsibilities

·       Deliver end-to-end creative direction of assigned briefs.

·       Generate strong, original creative ideas inline with the brand’s vision.

·       Work collaboratively across the department, to ensure creative ideas are executed consistently across all touchpoints.

·       Champion brand consistency, visual tone of voice and creative quality across all outputs

·       Be a key decision-maker during production and post-production.

·       You have a keen attention to detail, demonstrate excellent creative judgment, and have a strong passion for storytelling and copywriting.

·       You will find smarter, faster ways of working and help the smooth running of the studio.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in a Senior Creative / Mid–Senior level creative role

  • Strong background in concept development, campaign creative and art direction

  • Experience working across photography, video and digital content

  • Confident presenting creative ideas and responding to feedback constructively

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, execution and brand understanding
