We are now looking for IT Admin.
Reports To
The IT Admin reports to IT Lead.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Service Desk & End-User Support
Provide first-line IT support to RIN users.
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests via the approved Service Desk system.
Support end users on:
o Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
o Installation and Configuration of Windows desktops and laptops
o Printers, scanners, and peripherals
o VPN & remote access.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to RAD IT or external vendors in accordance with escalation procedures.
• Adhere to defined SLAs, priorities, and support processes.
2. Device & IT Asset Management
• Prepare, configure, and deploy end-user devices (laptops, peripherals).
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, including device ownership and lifecycle status.
• Coordinate repairs, replacements, and warranty claims with vendors.
• Ensure devices comply with approved configurations and security standards.
• Support users with access, login issues, and basic usage guidance.
• Coordinate with RAD IT or vendors for advanced technical issues.
3. Infrastructure & Operations Support
• Perform basic operational checks on network connectivity and remote access.
• Assist RAD IT during planned maintenance, rollouts, or migrations.
• Promptly escalate infrastructure incidents impacting users or operations.
4. Onboarding & Offboarding Coordination
• Coordinate IT onboarding for new joiners, including device readiness and access provisioning.
• Support offboarding activities, ensuring timely access revocation and device recovery.
• Maintain onboarding and offboarding checklists and records.
5. Documentation, Compliance & Audit Support
• Follow RIN and RAD IT policies, SOPs, and security guidelines.
• Maintain basic operational documentation and user support guides.
• Support internal or external audits by providing access records, asset logs, and ticket evidence.
6. Support to Digital Transformation Initiatives (ERP implementation & Infrastructure Renewal).
Preferred Skills & Requirements
Education & Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in IT support or service desk roles
Technical Skills
• Windows Server and Client OS administration
• Microsoft 365 user and license management
• Active Directory / Entra ID
• Knowledgeable in networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewall)
• Experience with ITSM / ticketing tools
Soft Skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical users
• Ability to work across multiple teams and priorities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
