IT Security Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Information Security Manager to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization’s information assets. You will play a key role in implementing and maintaining advanced security measures that protect our systems, networks, and data from emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Operations:

• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Manage and optimize security tools and technologies to maintain a strong security posture.

Identity and Access Management:

• Administer user access controls and permissions.
• Develop and maintain robust identity management processes.

Incident Response:

• Participate in incident response activities, including investigation, documentation, and remediation.

Security Infrastructure Management:

• Implement, manage, and maintain security infrastructure, including NDR (Network Detection and Response), PAM (Privileged Access Management), SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access), IDS (Intrusion Detection System), and IPS (Intrusion Prevention System).
• Stay up to date with emerging threats and vulnerabilities and proactively implement countermeasures.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices across the organization.
• Communicate security risks and strategies effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• At least 4 years work experience in IT security, cyber security, or information security fields
• You have previous experience running organization IT security, Identity Access Management, Servers and Workplace (Microsoft, Apple, Android, Linux OS platforms) security initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Experience with security tools and technologies.
• Should have a good understanding of centralized authentication and authorization to network resources like Active Directory, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Management system (MDM, MAM), Microsoft 365 services etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Professional Working Proficiency in Lithuanian and English

Certificates:

• Microsoft Security or Administrator certifications would be an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ etc.
