About the role

As Personal Assistant to one of our highest-performing residential teams, you’ll play a vital role in keeping everything running seamlessly by delivering quality work and maintaining  a high-level of discretion and confidentiality. Your expertise will be at the heart of our success. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Personal support – manage diaries, prepare property documents, coordinate weekly tasks and ensure smooth day-today operations

  • Marketing coordination – set up campaigns, liaise with suppliers, manage budgets, and keep listings and website up to date

  • Database and Personal Marketing – maintain client database, drive newsletters and social media updates as well as support prospecting initiatives

  • Supplier & Buyer Liaison – organise property visits, ensure documentation is ready and provide timely feedback

You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in a PA, EA or real estate admin role

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – in person and on the phone

  • Strong relationship building skills internally and externally

  • Expertise in administration with a strong attention to detail

  • Technical proficiency across Office and Real Estate software systems

  • Adaptability and flexibility in high pressured and deadline driven environments
