The Role:

The Senior Owner Account Manager is responsible for onboarding and retaining property owners. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role focused on relationship management, proactive communication, problem diagnosis, and client retention. This role does not involve customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for property owners.

  • Lead onboarding for all new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional transition.

  • Conduct regular (including weekly) owner calls.

  • Proactively manage owner concerns, diagnose issues, and coordinate with operations to resolve them.

  • Present financial statements, performance data, and projections clearly and confidently.

  • Build and maintain strong rapport with owners while setting appropriate boundaries.

  • Drive customer retention through exceptional communication and follow-up.

  • Develop and refine onboarding processes and internal systems.

  • Create and improve workflows and automations to increase efficiency.

  • Be available for urgent owner matters outside standard hours when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years in a senior relationship or account management role.

  • Experience managing U.S.-based customers.

  • Impeccable, high-level English (spoken and written).

  • Clear, neutral English-speaking accent suitable for U.S. clients.

  • Background in hospitality or service-based businesses preferred.

  • Strong financial literacy — able to read P&L statements and understand projections.

  • Highly numerate and comfortable discussing performance metrics.

  • Exceptional empathy combined with strong boundaries.

  • Outstanding follow-up discipline and communication skills.

  • Comfortable creating processes in a startup environment.

  • Bonus: Candidates with experience in asset management, property funds, private equity, or investment strategy relationship management will be viewed very favorably. Familiarity with managing high-net-worth investor expectations is a strong plus.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Availability by phone is required until 10:00 PM for urgent owner matters when needed.
